- Download and extract this "PTE Patch 2019 3.0 AIO" file.
- Make sure your PES 2019 game is free of any patches.
- Open the extracted folder, then run the "setup" file by right-clicking >> run as administrator.
- Select the PES 2019 game installation folder on your PC or laptop, then click next and continue until the installation process is complete.
- After the installation process is complete, the installation wizard should appear immediately for the OF file. If it doesn't appear, please run the OF file by right-clicking >> run as administrator.
